About China Mangrove Conservation Network

China MangroveConservation Network (CMCN for short) is a NGO that hammers at mangrove conservation. Found in 2001, CMCN  dedicates to establish a platform with integrative and open resources,and combine with the governments, corporations and other civic powers to promote  the prosperity of China’s coastal wetlands, especially mangrove eco-systems.

In 2009, CMCN officially registered as a non-gvernmental  organization  named  as  Putian  Green  Sprout Coastal Wetlands Research Center.

Our Vision:    

We expect to see anexuberant coastal wetland ecosystem including the mangroves in which human and nature could develop together in harmony.

Our Mission：

Through the construction of a platform for capacity building, resource sharing and demonstration, our endeavor is to promote governments, corporations and other civic powers to spontaneously,innovatively and effectively take part in the coastal wetland conservation.
